-Send an email with your pet's name and photo attached to support@meowychaos.com.
STEP 2: We will send you the first draft within 24 hours. Please refer to the photo guide for best results.
STEP 3: Once you approve the artwork, we'll send you a high-resolution JPEG file of your portrait in A4 size (8.3x11.7 inches), unless you request a different size.
STEP 4: Print your portrait at home or send the file to your local or online printer.
• SIZE: You will receive a high-res JPEG file in A4 size (300 dpi), which can be easily resized to fit any frame. If you prefer a different size, just let us know during checkout.
• PAPER & PRINTING: You can print the portrait on any paper, but heavyweight satin paper or cardstock is recommended for the best quality. Print quality and color accuracy may vary depending on the printer and paper you choose.
